Return & Refund Policy

At Shopping Value Deals, we aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience.

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

Product received is damaged
Manufacturing defect
Incorrect product delivered

Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images or videos as proof.

Due to the nature of personal-use and hygiene-related products, returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or usage after delivery unless a verified defect is found.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
